Aftertake is proprietary software. Its engines, runtime, fonts and audio components have separate terms. The release must include the notices for the exact artifacts it distributes.

Generation

ACE-Step 1.5 official code/model materials identify MIT terms. MiniMax Music 3 uses a conditional community licence with commercial-interface attribution, safeguards and an aggregate revenue authorization threshold. MiniMax-Music-3 is provided by MiniMax.

The current Comfy integration introduces a GPLv3 packaging question. Separate installation/processes do not by themselves settle the distribution boundary.

Audio and runtime

Audit htdemucs/Demucs, Basic Pitch, PyTorch, Python, codecs and the exact FFmpeg build before distribution. Build options can change applicable codec and FFmpeg obligations.

Chakra Petch is packaged under the SIL Open Font License. Read the included font licence.
