What each path needs

Import + audio effects

No MiniMax or ACE engine required. The packaged Mac runtime, audio behavior and clean-machine installation are being checked.

Local generation

One compatible engine and an actual usable-device check. Minimum RAM, supported macOS versions, installed disk size and speed have not yet been established for a public release.

Selected ACE XL-base weights

About 19.877 GB of transfer, before runtime, caches, temporary downloads and audio. Smaller profiles have different footprints.

Selected Music 3 weights

About 23.627 GB of transfer, before runtime and working space. File size is not a memory requirement.

Separation + MIDI

Separate components for htdemucs and Basic Pitch. Their packaged requirements and wider-device behavior remain under test.

Not yet a supported matrix

Lower-memory Macs, Intel Macs, Windows devices and long-duration workloads are unverified. Windows follows the Mac release. No generation-time guarantee is published.

The eventual installer will show the selected profile, terms, location and required space before installation. A profile must pass compatibility checks before generation is enabled.
